Orders and shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same or next business day.
Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–2 business days, while international standard shipping takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination country.
We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot accept any liability for on-time delivery by the shipping provider. The stated delivery times are standard estimates and may be extended during periods of high shipping volume, such as around Christmas and public holidays. We therefore recommend placing your order in good time or choosing express shipping.
If an item you've ordered is currently unavailable, we will contact you immediately to inform you of any potential delays.
You have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason, either in writing (e.g., letter or email) or by returning the item.
In urgent cases, you can contact us and enter special requests in the comment field when placing your order, or contact us by phone at +49(0)1712681512 (Mon–Fri from 12–6 PM).
Every order is insured via Deutsche Post / DHL. As soon as a package leaves our head office, you’ll receive the tracking ID to follow your shipment. If the package is being shipped abroad, the tracking number may change once it is handed over to the local shipping provider. If there are any delivery delays, please check the tracking page of the relevant shipping company. Note that tracking only becomes active once the package has been picked up by the shipping provider—not when the tracking number is generated.
Please note that shipping within Europe takes approximately 4–7 business days, and worldwide shipping generally takes 7–20 business days, depending on the destination. We therefore kindly ask that you place your order as early as possible or select express shipping. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days—just let us know, and send the unused item back in its original packaging. We highly recommend using tracked and insured shipping in case anything goes missing.

For cancellations, items must be returned in their original condition. If items are damaged, we may have to charge for any loss in value.
You’ll need to cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item. Please send it back within two weeks of letting us know.
